All bookings are made through Vacation Rental By Owner (VRBO)

Weekly Rate – $1500.00 (7th day free)
Nightly Rate (Min 4 Night Rental) – $250 per night

*Rates are based on double occupancy (2 guests) + additional guest rate for more than 2 adult guests (see below)

CONDITIONS:  

• Maximum occupancy is 6 people
• Check in 4 pm and check out 11 am
• Quiet hours 10 pm to 10 am
• No smoking
• Deposits are refundable up until 60 days prior to booking

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

• VRBO Admin Service Fee applied at time of booking
• Additional adult guests (3rd to 6th adult) are $50.00 per guest per night (no charge for children, please send us a VRBO message to adjust the rate for children)
• Provincial Tax of 8%
• Cabin to be left in condition found  otherwise $200.00 fee will be charged –  used bedding, towels, linens to be left in bathtub
